MEETING APP COMPARISON

Agenduhs vs Microsoft Teams meeting notes

Microsoft Teams has collaborative meeting notes for agendas, notes, and tasks inside the Teams calendar and call. Agenduhs provides a separate meeting workspace with topic proposals, timers, item-specific records, and link or code access for invited people.

CHOOSE AGENDUHS IF

You want a lightweight meeting workspace.

Choose Agenduhs when you want a meeting workspace independent of a Teams event, especially when outside participants need to work on the agenda and see the record through their own invitation.

CHOOSE MICROSOFT TEAMS IF

You need its broader workflow.

Choose Teams meeting notes when everyone is already working inside Microsoft 365 and a shared agenda, notes, and Planner-connected tasks inside the call are sufficient.
