Meeting information
Agenduhs stores meeting titles, times, organizer and invitee names, agenda content, comments, attendance, minutes, optional email addresses, and related records. Hosts can download or delete a meeting; automatic retention also applies. After deletion or expiry, a statistics row keeps creation and phase dates plus attendance, topic, and comment counts, without names, titles, links, PINs, or meeting content.
Optional email
An address supplied for a meeting can receive the email choices selected by the host or participant when operator mail is enabled. Initial host access email can include a private host link and PIN; keep it secure. Email addresses are not verified and do not create accounts. The operator retains a keyed, non-reversible fingerprint of each supplied address to count whether an address appears in more than one meeting, even after those meeting records are deleted. The fingerprint is not used to grant meeting access.
Optional product feedback
After a meeting is completed, a host or named participant can optionally describe what worked, what could improve, and feature ideas. Feedback does not require an email address. The operator can review the response and the person's meeting role, but the response is not shown to other meeting participants. One response per person per meeting is accepted. If the meeting is deleted or expires, the feedback remains without a link to that meeting.
Browser information
The workspace saves host meeting links, a name, and an optionally supplied email address in the current browser's local storage. A browser identifier cookie supports meeting creation limits. Clearing browser storage can remove your local shortcuts without deleting the server record.
Contact messages
Messages sent through the Contact page are stored to respond to support and sales inquiries. Do not include meeting PINs or sensitive content in a contact message.
Analytics and cookies
Agenduhs does not currently use third-party analytics. Necessary browser storage and cookies support meeting access and abuse limits. This notice will be updated if analytics or cookie use changes.
