SECURITY & DATA
Control who can open a meeting.
These are the access and retention controls in Agenduhs today. Production hosting, backup, and recovery commitments will be published before general availability.
Access
Hosts use a meeting-specific host key and PIN. Invitees use a personal invitation and participant PIN. Invitee links can be revoked. Meeting content requires authorization; invitation links and codes should be shared privately.
Storage and recovery
Meeting information is stored in the Agenduhs service database. A managed backup, recovery, or uptime guarantee is not currently offered. Download records you need to retain.
Retention and deletion
A meeting is deleted at the earlier of 60 days without an explicit host visit or 365 days from its retention start. A host can also delete a meeting. Deletion removes its agenda, invitations, comments, access credentials, and associated email delivery records. Aggregate meeting statistics without names, titles, or content remain. A protected email fingerprint remains for repeat-use statistics.
