MEETING APP COMPARISON
Agenduhs vs MeetingKing
MeetingKing and Agenduhs both follow the meeting from agenda to minutes and tasks. MeetingKing adds agenda templates, a central task manager, calendar integration, and a searchable archive. Agenduhs focuses on a lightweight meeting workspace that the host can create without an account.

| Workflow | Agenduhs | MeetingKing |
|---|---|---|
| Getting started | No account is required to host or participate; access uses separate host and participant PINs. | The organizer creates an account. Participants can receive minutes without one and can reply to email notices. |
| Before the meeting | Invitees can help shape the agenda; the host can set a cutoff and defer topics. | Collaborative agendas, templates, and document attachments. |
| During the meeting | Topic and overall timers sit with item-specific minutes, decisions, and actions. | Meeting notes, assigned tasks, and a parking lot for issues outside the current agenda. |
| After the meeting | Copy Text, PDF, and DOCX exports; current meetings follow automatic removal dates. | Emailed minutes, task reminders, and a searchable archive; paid plans list unlimited archive periods. |
